Location and grounds
The estate belongs to the village of Vodnjan and lies outside it, in a secluded position with no direct neighbours, surrounded by greenery and olive groves. On the west coast of Istria, near Pula, the view runs across the land to the sea and the Brijuni Islands.

Driveway and grounds
A shared private driveway of around 100 metres leads through olive groves to the estate. An electric barrier and an electric gate secure the entrance. The whole plot is enclosed. Each villa has around 600 m² of land and at least 4 parking spaces; the rest of the 1,309 m² estate is the shared driveway.

Sea and evening sky
The Brijuni Islands lie off the coast; the aerial photos were taken from a plane. And when the sun sinks behind the sea, it paints the sky in orange, red and violet.
